We provide premium Eastern Oregon orchard grass and alfalfa, along with fine shavings for bedding, matted stalls, and expansive pastures to ensure your horse's comfort and well-being. Horse Lease Options

Heritage Hill Acres offers excellent leasing opportunities for individuals interested in horseback riding. To qualify for a horse lease, you need to be at least a level 2 in horsemanship and riding skills, or actively taking lessons alongside the lease with the stable owner. Prospective lessees must also showcase their abilities to the stable owners, demonstrating essential skills such as catching, haltering, leading, tying, grooming, hoof care, saddling, and bridling, as well as basic riding techniques. We provide various leasing options, often allowing two individuals to share a horse, with one having access for three days a week and the other for four, splitting the board costs. Meet the Owners

Kerry Ann Sweitz-Fendt

Kerry Ann has owned horses all of her life. She has been married for 10 years to Seth and they have two sons, Lane & Stetson. She attended George Fox University for three years where she pursued a human services degree and was their cheerleading captain. After that she ended up finishing her degree in human service through Indiana Wesleyan University. They currently own 29 horses, 2 cats, and 8 dogs.

When Kerry Ann was just 18 years old she started a guided horseback trail riding business, Mt. Hood Wranglers/ K Sweitz Acres, which also included pony rides for little kids during the summers and sleigh/carriage rides during winter break.

Eventually, she wants to start a non-profit therapeutic horseback riding center in the off season. With her human services degree she wants to gain more experience working with diverse populations. Additionally, with this therapeutic center she wants to dedicate different days for different types of people and the problems they are encountering. For example, two days a week will be dedicated to military veterans experiencing PTSD. Another example and population she wants to work with is children in foster care. All in all, horses have healing powers and she wants to use this to her advantage.

Seth Fendt

Seth has been around horses since he was 13 years old. He has a passion for roping and colt starting. He was in the United States Army as a bridge engineer for 6 years. Seth is a horse farrier and he also owns his own construction company called Pro Heritage Construction where he focuses on remodels, painting, decks, siding, and flooring.

​Kerry Ann and Seth got married in 2015 on Mt. Hood. They both share the love for animals and giving people a great experience on a lost way of life. He also attended George Fox University and played football for them as a defensive end.

In Seths spare time he loves to drive his beautiful team of white Percheron's, work on projects around the property, watch the Dallas Cowboys football games and hang out with his two sons.
